Rohan has 35 years experience in the resources and energy sector in Australia including senior roles with engineering and business development with BHP, corporate finance with the Commonwealth Bank and corporate development with start-ups Ceramic Fuel Cells and Renewable Energy Corp.
Since 2006, Rohan has been founder and managing director of Energy Infrastructure and Resources, a corporate advisor and incubator of start-up ventures. This has included ASX-listed companies Red Sky Energy and Regal Resources, as well as solar developer Soleir, gas-to-liquids developer Pacific GTL and mining investment group Resource Venture Fund. Rohan has a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA from the University of Queensland. |
Ian Mutton, Non-Executive Chairman

Ian Mutton is the Practice Director of a Sydney based law firm specialising in contract related matters and competition and product liability laws. He assists with the development and implementation of programs aimed at ensuring compliance with the competition and product liability laws.
Separate to the law firm, Ian assists companies to list and implement systems that are intended to ensure ongoing compliance with the listing rules and regulatory requirements. Before assuming the position of Practice Director in 2016, Ian spent 15 years devising and implementing product liability defence and asset protection strategies in Australia, New Zealand and the US, and five years managing relations for a Northern Island based energy start-up company with governments and regulators based in Belfast, Westminster and Brussels. Ian is also active in his community as “a voice for the lower north shore” in Sydney. |
Mark Douglas, Executive Director - Finance/Commercial

Mark Douglas is a senior business leader with over 30 years business management experience in a variety of medium to large complex government and commercial organisations including over 20 years in various Queensland Government Departments, Statutory Bodies and Commonwealth Statutory Authorities.
Mark's experience includes senior director roles managing governance, risk management, monitoring and evaluation, strategic planning, corporate performance and financial performance functions. Recognition of his expertise and skills has seen Mark awarded three Australia Day Achievement Medallions in the public sector for ‘Business Management’, ’Governance’ and ‘Financial Management Expertise’. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) degree and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA). |
